I was amazed by the level of service and attention to detail at Botahtaung. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Despite being centrally located, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my room was. The hotel's proximity to the Botahtaung Pagoda was a bonus, allowing me to easily explore the area. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be very helpful and polite, always there to assist me with anything I needed. The location was great, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but still a short distance from the bus station and downtown Yangon. The rooms were spacious, and cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff. The hotel had convenient facilities, like parking, and transportation to the nearby attractions were easily available.
Not obvious to find the hotel entrance initially, but once found, it was easy to navigate.

During my Xmas holiday stay, there were two facts about the hotel that I enjoyed. the hotel was located in a relatively quiet area and this helped me to avoid the chaotic scenes of the city. there were plenty of street food vendors all around the hotel, and these offered great variety and delicious meals.
the hotel was not very clean, with the floors and windows needing a wet mop.

The hotel had a couple of good things going, such as comfy rooms, equipped with modern appliances. Another aspect that was enjoyable was the location close to a famous pagoda and the river, providing us with a unique local experience. Lastly, the price was reasonable.
Our romantic escape wasn't that romantic after all. The main problem was the noise from the busy street adjacent to our room and the blinding sun waking us up too early in the morning. Also, the breakfast was subpar. Despite being in a luxurious setting, the cold meal options were limited and overlooked.

This hotel was located a little further away from the shopping area, but still accessible by Grab taxi. the bus station was also nearby. the staff were attentive and helpful, but the room left a lot to be desired. the bathroom was dark, and the room was not soundproof, as I could hear everything happening in the hallways during the night.
The breakfast was really basic and not worth the price.

The staff is super nice, helpful, and speaks good English. They provide assistance with printing bus tickets and ordering taxis. The breakfast and food are outstandingly delicious, with a changing menu every day. The housekeeping service is good and the location is convenient, close to attractions and convenience stores.
Not one thing.
